Create API token
POST/users/me/api-tokens/
The caller's own API tokens, for CI and scripts.
GET /users/me/api-tokens/ live tokens (never the key)
POST /users/me/api-tokens/ create; the key is returned only here
DELETE /users/me/api-tokens/{id}/ revoke
Browser session only (session_only): an API token can't manage tokens.
