Create, list, retrieve and delete pipeline executions.

Create an execution before uploading a JUnit file; the upload endpoint then associates the file to the execution and auto-fills end_date/duration. Filter with pipeline (by ID) and ordering (start_date, end_date, duration, branch, ci_system, total_test_suites, total_tests).
