Organization-scoped audit log — the organization's own admin(s) only.

AuditLogView is the cross-tenant vendor-ops queue (Django staff); this is what an organization's administrator sees of their own organization — role grants, password resets, deletions, and everything else recorded against it. Not exposed to ordinary members: several of these events (password resets, role revocation) are more sensitive than "who touched this project."
